Manam Beef Salpicao

How to prepare your Beef Salpicao:

    1. Thaw out the meat in the fridge overnight. 2. In a clean shallow pan, pour enough oil to lightly cover the bottom. Preheat over medium heat until slightly smoking. 3. Saute beef in a pan until lightly crusted and caramelized and cooked to your desired doneness, for around 3-5 minutes. 4. Season with paprika. 5. Enjoy the garlicky goodness.
