Shawa Wama Primo Chicken
How to prepare your Primo Chicken:
1. Thaw out the meat in the fridge overnight.
2. In a clean shallow pan, pour enough oil to generously cover the bottom. Preheat over medium heat until slightly smoking.
3. Sear the chicken skin-side up first and covered then skin-side down and uncovered, until cooked through and golden brown, around 4 minutes per side.
4. Remove from pan, transfer onto a plate, and serve with garlic sauce.
