This survey is open to all Citizens and Residents of Brunei Darussalam.

In conjunction with the launching of the e-Government Strategic Plan 2009-2014, a survey is conducted to seek citizen participation in identifying which Government services are important and needs to be made available online.

Our key objective of this survey is to seek feedback from the citizen, enhance the government services provided to the People (the "Rakyat") by providing a multiple channel of delivery to the citizen and to highlight which e-Government services are in the greatest need of attention.

This survey is a joint initiative between the Prime Minister’s Office and the Infocom Federation Brunei (IFB). It is managed and operated by the E-Government National Centre (EGNC) and BAG Networks Sdn Bhd.
