Instructions for Flying (2009)
I started producing music for 'Instructions for Flying' in 2007. This music is dedicated to my friends and family. A big thank you goes to my brother Bobby for contributing the acoustic guitar to track six. Much gratitude goes to Derek for making this beautiful artwork and case design. Thank you for listening.

Quietlight (2009)
quietlight is actually one of my very favorite recordings that I've ever done. It's simple, meditative, and quiet. It's me singing with my piano, along with a table of effects to achieve various sounds and landscapes. For the best listening experience, I recommend headphones and a quiet environment. They're meant to be heard in sequence, back to back, as the songs lift and build off of one another. I hope you enjoy the little melodies and textures in these tunes

Sounds from a Toy Phone (2009)
this is my first recorded attempt at circuit bending and released as an experimental ambient album. all of the sounds were lifted from the circuit board of a $6 toy telephone from Walgreens. the phone was purchased, dissected, and everything you hear in the following body of work are sounds pulled and modified from that device.

nothing to undo : nothing to redo (2008)
"dep has combined field recordings of his immediate surroundings as well as programmed beats and instrumentation to create a personal and involving album. There are experiments and more traditional approaches to electronica in this album that show an open minded and mature artist at work. 'Nothing To Undo : Nothing To Redo' cohesively houses explorations into techno and downtempo with attributes of glitch, distortion, loud and quiet, artificial and real altogether across thirteen tracks."

Urban Adaptation (2005)
this was my first real release. I rented a little studio space out of a warehouse in the Chicago meat-packing district and put together these 9 tracks over the course of several months.
Many big thanks to my friend Gong Szeto for the sweet artwork. Check out his blog here
