Hi and welcome

this is a home-page, somewhere I can post links all about me. My name which you probably know as you're here is Tim J Davey. The middle James is to avoid confusion with the many others out there also named Tim Davey.

If you are here to track and wander through the fables of my life, you can find me all about the web. To follow the madness that pops into my mind twitter. If you want to be my friend Facebook. Of course for all your business needs, I am considerably online too. Everyone loves social networking, right?. Linkedin if the best place if you would like to work or do business with moi. Younoodle is the place for startup boys and girls.

On the topic of work and business, I'll expand further on my past in a bit and provide a pdf. For more information, in a clearer format Download my Resume here. This is of course a very generic resume and my actual interests are very broad, so just ask if you want more details.

My bio and interests

...should include my latest venture snaptalent.com. Here I acted as Co-Founder and CTO. There I focused on testing and usability, unlike this site which is beautiful but a mess (hence why I built this version).

I used to run a design agency (called base-effect), which seems to be one of my core competencies / skills. After this I did a degree in Theoretical Physics at Imperial College, London - which I truly loved. I would consider myself a Scientist and Mathematician at heart. It gave me a real appreciation of the importance of accurate data analysis. But also taught me to ask the right questions.

Other side projects include building - for the pythons django web-framework an AB Testing toolkit, with built in statistical analysis and variate assignment methods.

Asking Questions and contacting me

Can be done either by just getting in touch using one of my many social networks, or you can take the more old fashioned approach and email me timjdavey@gmail.com
