Early Childhood Music

Villa Musica's early childhood music classes offer fun music making opportunities for babies, toddlers, and preschool children with their parents.  These classes incorporate music paired with movement, singing, signing, dancing, and rhythm to enhance growth and development.  Research shows that rhythm impacts all parts of the brain, thus enhancing those areas that affect communication, motor, cognitive, social, and emotional skill levels.  Music and rhythm are also a great way to promote interaction between parent and child.  These classes introduce children to purposeful play and interactive music making experiences and at the heart of this is improvisation, the instinct children have to create music.
