MATH 429 INTRODUCTION TO TOPOLOGY (Metric spaces, topological spaces, separation axioms, product spaces, identificaiton spaces, compactness, connectedness, fundamental group)

  • Instructor: Anton Petrunin
  • Class: MWF 10:10--11:00, Room 103 Willard
  • Office hours: M 13:25--14:15, McAlister 333
  • Textbook: A First Course in Algebraic Topology, by Czes Kosniowski.

  • Chapters: 1--19
  • Midterms/HWA/Quizzes/Extra

  • Midterms: Feb 10, March 23, April 27 (NO FINAL)
  • HWA: usually assigned on Mon and usually is due next Mon.
