Quorn Slot Car Club - The Track
The current track is a 95ft long six lane routed track made out of ply wood. It was built by members of the club in their garages and front rooms. The track was installed in the club house in 1987. The track features 6 right corners and 7 left corners and has a large amount of gradient changes. A good lap time is sub 9 seconds which works out to a scale average speed of 230MPH!
